#MeToo: No case against Nana Patekar as witnesses don't support Tanushree Dutta's claims
Its been almost a year since actress Tanushree Dutta registered an FIR against Nana Patekar for allegedly assaulting her sexually on the sets of their 2009 film 'Horn Ok Pleassss'. Unfortunately, according to the latest reports, Oshiwara Police officials are having a tough time in making a case against the 68-year-old actor as witnesses fail to corroborate the actress' claims. According to the same report, officials were able to record statements of 12 to 15 witneses including Daisy Shah, who was assisting choreographer Ganesh Acharya back then. Police said that none of the witnesses could exactly recall what exactly happened 10 years ago. Meanwhile Tanushree is making claims that the witnesses have turned hostile as they are good friends with Nana Patekar.
